Permission from Artist
To ensure I was not breaking any copright or infringement laws whilst using my chosen song, I decided to contact the artists by seeking permission to use the song in my music video. As I could not find an official MySpace or Facebook page linking to Pendulum, I decided to use the bands official website and contact them via the 'Contact Us' section of the website.Below is a print screen I captured as evidence that I sought permission from the artists:
